We were pleased to welcome over thirty citizens to our CEMS and Pond Cove tours on Saturday 4/6. Superintendent Record provided a quick overview on the goals and progress of SBAC and Facilities Director Bagdasarian shared some challenges with the exterior site and the building envelope (roofs, windows, walls, & slab) and mechanical systems. Then CEMS Principal Rubin and Assistant Principal Haugevik led two tours around CEMS and PC Principal Karnes led two tours around Pond Cove. We look forward to offering more tours in the future.
