In July, Cape Elizabeth’s School Building Advisory Committee (SBAC) took significant steps in the school building project. Working with Bruce Lockwood from the Portland Research Group, the committee refined and dispatched a town-wide survey to every household on July 20th to gather critical community input. A Q&A session on July 10th clarified aspects of the draft Owner’s Representative Project Plan, while the meeting on July 20th addressed key project milestones and outlined the Request for Services for architectural services.
